The main problem with stealing internet is that other people use it too. See, what we really should be doing for the internet is just have InterHubs laid across the city, around which anyone can connect to the internet for free provided that they have wireless. This service would be paid off by the mad amounts of loot the government would be making by regulating drugs and prostitution.
